Endeavor Management Group was created to assist organizations identify and implement business process and system solutions that increase productivity and profitability by keeping them relevant in the continuously changing e-business global market.

Our team has partnered with local to international organizations for two decades, providing the insight, knowledge, and tools needed for effective, successful change. We strive to engage all levels of our customers' organizations to ensure their new initiative/implementation is understood, accepted, and utilized by all of their staff.

Two Decades of Customer Service

Melissa has worked extensively in customer service over the past two decades and started this state-certified WBE to address a need in the business community for personalized, professional services to assist businesses standardize and streamline their billing and invoicing processes.

This grew into a business that also provides assistance to businesses undergoing merger and acquisition activities or implementing major changes to their business processes or IT systems. Our team has extensive experience successfully rolling out national and global infrastructure, network, and software systems as well as change management initiatives.
